KEL’s KLF – *5 is a fully automatic hard gelatin capsule filling machine that can fill capsules from size ‘*0’ to ‘4’ with powder. The automatic capsule filling machine KLF**5 fills hard gelatin capsules with medicine in powder, granules or tablet form and then seals the capsules. Process of filling capsules with powder:

Capsule feeding, aligning, inserting & separation -> Upward and backward movement of the upper segment -> Filling with pellets or tablets -> filling with powder -> ejection of faulty capsules -> Vertical movement of the upper segment -> Forward & Downward movement of the upper segment -> Sealing of the capsule -> Discharging of the finished capsule -> Finally cleaning the segment using vacuum and compressed air.
